The details in your lake request
The form needs your name, email and phone number; you can choose whether to add a message or lake programme preferences. These entries reach the charter enquiry inbox for a reply. Please exclude card or other payment details, passport scans and sensitive health records.
The form and preferences on your device
A saved lake-craft preference stays in this browser’s local storage. You control that list from the compare page or through browser settings. The website does not run analytics or advertising scripts.
The enquiry process uses a first-party, HTTP-only cookie for form security. Short-lived records on the server include request identifiers and hashed network identifiers to help prevent abuse and repeated delivery of the same request.
Email and follow-up
The website uses hosting and email providers to transmit enquiry details. Sending a request gives no consent to a marketing subscription. Email delivery does not guarantee inbox receipt, so keep the message and try again later if the form reports that it failed.
Questions or deletion requests
Questions about your enquiry details, or a request to correct or delete them, can be sent to [email protected]. Include what is needed to recognise the request, without unrelated personal documents. Deletion may be limited by operational and legal retention requirements.
